1. Who we are

We Outside 246 ("we", "us", "our") is a small, Barbados-built event discovery service run by Dharach Pte Ltd. We are based in Barbados and our service is aimed primarily at people in and around Bim who are looking for fetes, cruises, beach parties, and other events across the island.

2. What we collect

• Your email address, used as your account id and to sign you back in.
• The display name and handle you choose, plus your list visibility setting.
• The events you mark as interested or going.
• Profile picture, only if you upload one. It stays on our storage or the image CDN we publish to; you can remove it at any time from your settings.
• Standard web logs (IP, user agent) and any content you put in your handle or display name.

3. What we never do

• We never sell your email or your event history to data brokers.
• We never share your saved events publicly. Your list is friends-only by default; you opt in to a public list explicitly in settings.
• We never use your account to post to Instagram, send DMs, or take actions on your behalf.

4. Promotional email from partners

From time to time we may share event promotions, ticket giveaways or partner offers from the venues, promoters, and brands whose events we already list. We do this in two ways:

• On-site: as cards inside the event grid, marked clearly as Promoted or Sponsored.
• By email: only to people who have signed in at least once. We always say who the partner is in the subject line, and you can opt out in one click from the footer of any email we send.

We do not currently share your email with those partners, and we will give you notice before we ever do. If we change that, the link in the email footer continues to let you opt out instantly.

5. Cookies & sessions

We use a single signed session cookie, wo246_session, to keep you signed in for 30 days. The magic link we email you is single-use and expires 15 minutes after it was issued. We do not run any third-party analytics on this site.

6. Your rights

You can update your display name, handle, profile picture, and list visibility at any time on your settings page. To delete your account entirely, reply to any of our emails and we will remove your record from the production database within 30 days.
